Span One record of the work
Span keeps the stand-up, the project board and the schedule as views of the same cards. Move a card, or mark it finished, on one view and the other views show that.

The day: the stand-up
One column per person, for one date. Drag a card onto somebody's day and you mark that same card. Finish it on the day board and it is finished on the project too.

Projects, milestones and cards
Each project is a column. Milestones are sections in it. A card has a status and an owner.

Dates, and what waits on what
The timeline draws the same cards against dates. Network shows the order the work has to go in, and it does not use dates. Outline is a plan that is still a list of headings. Turn a line into a card and that line is the card.

Mine is your own day: the work you took on, what is stuck, and what is due.

A list on a card
A card can hold a checklist. Tick a line, use #words as tags, and paste a picture onto a line. Each list has its own address, so you can keep it on a phone.

Ask, and tell us
The assistant answers questions about the board, or makes a change with you. You see each change. Log records every change and who made it.
