This version adds web plate support in bolted column splice connections and related calculation updates.

- Fixed missing weld check in gusset to column connections
- Fixed issues where moment in gusset to column may not be correct

To update, open Descon and click Approve when the prompt appears.
If you do not get a prompt, go to the Support tab and click Update.
