Account
Users
A seat is one activation at a time. Disable stops them signing in; delete removes the account so the address can be used again.

Left blank, they get the usual invite and set their own password. Filled in, the account works immediately and the invite says so without repeating the password - tell them yourself.
Administrators
Administrators manage users, machines and billing. Someone who only appears here cannot open Descon and does not count toward seats or additional users. To give an existing user admin access, use Make admin on their row. Tick Email on new versions for anyone who should hear when a build is published — useful when IT deploys centrally and people cannot install it themselves. It is off unless you turn it on.
