Any of our own addresses. Folders are the ones to
walk — inbox, sentitems, or all — and
default to the same as support@. For connect@, use inbox: every automated mail
we send goes out from it, so its Sent Items holds nothing a customer wrote. Graph can only
read a mailbox that is in the Exchange application access policy.
Nothing already imported is imported twice. Reading
again looks once more at mail passed over before screenshots were collected — a
pasted screenshot used to count as no attachment at all — and adds any screenshots
the reports already imported are missing.
Nobody is emailed by this, in either mode.
Imported reports are created with notifications off.
The first import matched on addresses without
asking whether they were ours, so some reports were filed under our own accounts —
including test companies. This finds them and takes them out, into "filed under nobody"
where they can be placed properly. Nothing is deleted.
Look up one message
Paste a subject, or part of one, from a message you can
see in Outlook. Nothing is written and nobody is emailed.
Tokens for the feedback API. Each one reads every customer's reports and
the files in them, so give it the least it needs and an expiry, and revoke it when
whatever holds it goes away.
Run the installer and sign in with your Descon email and password. An
existing installation is upgraded in place — settings and files are left alone.

A seat is one activation at a time. Disable stops them signing in;
delete removes the account so the address can be used again.

their own password. Filled in, the account works immediately and the invite says so
without repeating the password - tell them yourself.
Administrators
Administrators manage users, machines and billing. Someone who only
appears here cannot open Descon and does not count toward seats or additional users.
To give an existing user admin access, use Make admin on their row. Tick
Email on new versions for anyone who should hear when a build is published
— useful when IT deploys centrally and people cannot install it themselves.

AI for your company
The AI button in Nerv, Span, Signet and this portal opens an assistant that
reads and changes things as the person using it, paid from their own AI credits. Turned off,
the button is greyed for everyone at this company, with a note to ask an administrator. The
switch covers every AI: Claude Code in the Nerv desktop app and an agent linked from a
person's own computer are refused too.

Signet and this portal opens an assistant that does things when you ask
in words. One allowance of credits covers all four — the same credit on every model; a
larger model uses more of them per reply, and the picker says how much guidance each needs. If
you link Claude Code instead, you bring your own model and use no credits. This plan is yours
alone, not the company's.
